ChanaJor OTT offers a personalized subscription service that allows our members to access entertainment content ("ChanaJor content") over the Internet on various Internet-connected devices ("ChanaJor ready devices").
These Terms of Use govern your usage of our service. When we refer to "ChanaJor service," "our service," or "the service" in these Terms of Use, we mean the personalized service provided by ChanaJor for discovering and accessing ChanaJor content, including all features, recommendations, reviews, our websites, user interfaces, and all associated content and software. The term "you" refers to the member who created the ChanaJor account and whose payment method is charged.
Membership
1.1. Your ChanaJor membership will remain active until terminated. To use the ChanaJor service, you must have Internet access, a ChanaJor ready device, and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. A "Payment Method" refers to a current, valid, accepted method of payment, which may be updated periodically, including payment through third-party accounts. By not canceling your membership before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (refer to "Cancellation" below).
1.2. We offer various subscription plans, including those offered by third parties in conjunction with their own products and services. ChanaJor is not responsible for products and services provided by such third parties. Different subscription plans may have varying conditions and limitations, disclosed during sign-up or in other communications. Details regarding your ChanaJor subscription can be found by visiting the ChanaJor website and clicking on the "Account" link under your profile name.
Promotional Offers: We may periodically offer special promotional offers, plans, or memberships ("Offers"). Offer eligibility is determined solely by ChanaJor, and we reserve the right to revoke an Offer and suspend your account if deemed ineligible. Specific eligibility requirements and limitations will be disclosed during sign-up or in other communications.
Billing and Cancellation
3.1. Billing Cycle: The subscription fee for the ChanaJor service and any additional charges incurred will be charged to your Payment Method on the specified payment date indicated on the "Account" page. The length of your billing cycle depends on your chosen subscription plan. Payment dates may change under certain circumstances, such as failed payment attempts or plan changes. You can view your next payment date on the "Account" page. We may authorize your Payment Method for subscription or service-related charges upon registration. If you used a third-party account as a Payment Method, billing information can be found in your account with the respective third party.
3.2. Payment Methods: You must provide one or more Payment Methods to use the ChanaJor service. We may charge any associated Payment Method if your primary method is declined or unavailable. You are responsible for any outstanding amounts. Failed payments may result in account suspension until a valid Payment Method is successfully charged. Some Payment Methods may entail additional fees or taxes. Check with your Payment Method provider for details.
3.3. Updating Payment Methods: You can update your Payment Methods on the "Account" page. We may also update them using information from payment service providers. By updating, you authorize us to continue charging the applicable Payment Method(s).
3.4. Cancellation: You can cancel your ChanaJor membership at any time, retaining access until the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable, and no credits are provided for partial periods or unused content. To cancel, visit the "Account" page and follow the cancellation instructions. If you used a third-party account as a Payment Method, you may need to cancel through them. Your account will automatically close at the end of the current billing period upon cancellation.
3.5. Changes to Price and Subscription Plans: We may modify subscription plans and prices, with at least one month's notice before changes take effect.
ChanaJor Service
4.1. Membership Age: You must be at least 18 years old to become a ChanaJor member. Minors may use the service only under adult supervision
4.2. Personal and Non-Commercial Use: The ChanaJor service and its content are for personal, non-commercial use only and should not be shared with individuals outside your household unless permitted by your subscription plan. During your membership, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access ChanaJor content. You agree not to use the service for public performances.
4.3. Geographic Restrictions: You may access ChanaJor content primarily within the country where your account is established and in geographic locations where our service is available and content is licensed. We determine applicable taxes based on the IP address used during signup. Content availability varies by location, and the number of devices you can use simultaneously depends on your subscription plan.
4.4. Updates and Additional Features: We regularly update the ChanaJor service and content library, offering live events, special features, and new content. Such content may include commercial messages, but we do not endorse or sponsor any advertised products or services. We may also conduct tests on our service, websites, and features. You can opt out of test participation at any time through the "Account" page.
4.5. Offline Viewing: Some ChanaJor content is available for temporary download and offline viewing on supported devices ("Offline Titles"). Offline Title availability may vary by country, and certain restrictions apply, such as limits on the number of titles per account and the time period for viewing. Offline Titles may not be playable in certain countries if you go online while there.
4.6. Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the ChanaJor service in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Unless explicitly authorized by us, you agree not to engage in activities such as reproducing, distributing, or modifying ChanaJor content, or using automated means to access the service.
4.7. Quality of Service: The quality of ChanaJor content may vary depending on factors like device, location, and Internet connection. Availability of HD, Ultra HD, and HDR content depends on your device and Internet capabilities. You are responsible for Internet access charges, and we recommend sufficient bandwidth for optimal viewing.
4.8. Software and Updates: ChanaJor software is developed for authorized streaming and content access through ChanaJor ready devices. You acknowledge that third-party software may be required and agree to receive automatic updates for ChanaJor software and related third-party software.
Passwords and Account Access
You are responsible for all activity on your ChanaJor account. By allowing others access to your account, you agree to be bound by any changes they make, including subscription plan changes. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain control over your devices and refrain from sharing your password or Payment Method details. Provide accurate account information, including a valid email address for account-related notices. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account to prevent identity theft or fraudulent activity.
Warranties, Liability, and Class Action Waiver
The ChanaJor service is provided "as is," and we disclaim all warranties. We are not liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages. Any non-waivable warranties or mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected. You and ChanaJor agree to resolve disputes individually, waiving the right to participate in class or representative proceedings.
Miscellaneous
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. We do not accept unsolicited materials for content creation and provide customer support through the ChanaJor Help Center. In the event of conflicts between these Terms of Use and other information provided by Customer Support or our websites, these Terms of Use prevail. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may change these Terms of Use, and you will be notified of material changes at least one month in advance. We reserve the right to assign or transfer our agreement with you. Electronic communications relating to your account will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
