Refund Policy for ChanaJor OTT:

This Refund Policy pertains to all transactions conducted on ChanaJor Site/App platforms, including but not limited to www.chanajor.com and associated mobile applications and online features.

Subscription Fees:

All fees paid to ChanaJor for subscription services are non-refundable. We provide detailed information about our subscription packages on our platform, allowing users to make informed decisions before subscribing. Technical Glitches:

In the event of a technical glitch during an online transaction, where the transaction fails to complete, the amount in process of transfer automatically reverts back to your bank account through the Payment Gateway.

Chargebacks:

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated by a credit card company or bank, your service and/or subscription will be suspended immediately without prior notice. A chargeback fee, as applicable, will be issued to cover fees incurred by us from the credit company. Additionally, any outstanding balances resulting from the chargeback(s) must be settled in full before service is restored. It is important to note that requesting a chargeback or disputing a valid charge is considered fraudulent and is not an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund.
